Aaron R. Brand, Esq.

“Freedom is essential.”

These three words have shaped the course of Aaron’s life, from his desire to pursue a law degree, to the founding of his own practice, and culminating in his decision to join Schneider Law, P.C.

Aaron joined Schneider Law, P.C. to restore, uphold, and protect freedom for individuals and small businesses in Illinois and Indiana. Recognizing the immense gift of freedom that he received through salvation in Jesus Christ, he strives to free his clients from anxiety and allow them to focus on their families and businesses. In addition to restoring his clients’ interests through creative dispute resolution, and upholding their civil and contractual rights, Aaron helps individuals and businesses protect their freedom by designing corporate structures and estate plans.

In 2016, Aaron graduated with honors from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago after serving as an editor of the school’s law review journal. His commitment to freedom of conscience provided the inspiration for his published law review comment, where he proposed an unprecedented solution to the issue of school censorship of student speech. Aaron and his wife now live in Fort Wayne, Indiana with their four children. He is the secretary of the Board of Directors for Giving Gardens of Indiana, and he serves on his church’s weekly building maintenance team, This Old Church. Outside of his practice, when Aaron isn’t enjoying the outdoors with his wife and kids or cooking in the kitchen, he is diving into the next book on his mushrooming to-be-read stack.
